Welcome to Dune Allen

Dune Allen is known for its environmental anomaly of costal dune lakes which can only be found in New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar and Florida. These lakes are special because they are located along the gulf. and feature a mix of salt water and fresh water. When it rains heavily, the sand that separates them is compromised and fresh water is able to breach letting fresh water flow into the gulf, once the rain stops and allows the lake to stabilize, an influx of seawater creates a brackish environment. This wonderfully unique area is the perfect place for nature lovers and those seeking waterfront homes with incredible views.
